17 mar 2024 · Hugo Gastonè, nato il 26 settembre 2000 a Tolosa, ha iniziato a farsi notare nel circuito juniores, raggiungendo diventando il secondo al mondo e vincendo l’ Orange Bow l (2017) e l’ Australian Open (2018) in doppio con Clément Tabur.
Advanced to 1st ATP Tour QF, SF and final at 2021 Gstaad as World No. 155 and competed at Next Gen ATP Finals to end season. At 2020 Roland Garros, became 1st Frenchman to reach 4R in tournament debut since Dominguez in 1971, defeating 2015 champion Wawrinka in 5 sets before falling in 5 sets to 2-time finalist Thiem.
