5 ago 2024 · The Easyjet flight sback on 3rd and 4th August were to Gatwick and they were sold out. We were offered Manchester or Glasgow after 10pm on 2nd August, but that meant we would not be able to get back to our car at Luton airport parking. We were told to use the app, but that only lets you rebook Easyjet flights and they were sold out.

3 ago 2024 · Easyjet should have rerouted you: arranged flights as soon as possible after the cancelled flight, if necessary on another airline. If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full costs of your new flights.

5 nov 2018 · EasyJet No Show Certificate. We were due to fly to Paris a couple of weeks ago for a short break but my husband had a medical emergency which meant he couldn't fly. The travel insurance company is asking for 'cancellation invoice or no show certificate from EasyJet confirming that no refund is due and you did not travel'.

28 giu 2024 · Hold luggage. Each customer including children and infants can buy up to three hold bags. A standard hold bag is 23kg. You can buy extra weight in 3kgs units, up to a maximum of 32kg per bag. If you’re travelling with family or friends on the same flight and booking, you can pool your total weight allowance.
4 giu 2020 · In the meantime, Easyjet responded to the expenses claim stating they'd pay refreshments only, but wouldn't pay for the other costs due to "invalid receipts". 23 lug 2024 · My advice would be DO NOT BOOK ADDITIONAL SERVICES THROUGH EASYJET. If you do book car hire with them, and your flight is cancelled, call this number for Car Trawler immediately: 01524 488018. Don't bother trying to contact Easyjet. It's impossible to speak to a person, and you'll end up having a frustrating and lengthy exchange with a bot.
