8 set 2022 · The US Ofice is funny, but totally lacking the edge of the UK one. UK office is infinitely better in my opinion. The US version is your typical US slapstick comedy - it's not bad but it's silly and completely unrealistic. The UK office is difficult to watch at times because it is so true to life.

5 ott 2022 · It's only in Peacock Premium. So that means VPN and a subscription for us. If I'm not wrong peacock is available in the UK. I've never heard of these superfan episodes. 3M subscribers in the DunderMifflin community.
I watched the UK Office before I saw the US version. I loved it, but also realize it's not for everyone. The humor is certainly darker. The US version is optimistic at its core; the UK version is pretty bleak, in my opinion. Also, unless you're used to British accents, it might be a good idea to watch it with the subtitles turned on.

1 lug 2021 · Yes, it's been removed from NF on June 29 but it's still available on Hulu and Amazon Prime. It's not on UK version of the Netflix, the UK Office but the American stays... Does anybody know if The Office UK was removed from Netflix? I was about to start watching it yesterday, but got sidetracked with work.
2 giu 2022 · The Office UK is a classic, and was groundbreaking in many ways. The Office US started poorly, but as soon as they stopped trying to be the UK show it became great in its own right. As many US shows tend to do, it did outstay its welcome and ended up with the cast becoming caricatures. The US version has more rewatch value for me, personally.
13 apr 2021 · The Office US is one of my favourite series ever, really can't fault it as a whole, even if the first season is difficult to get through when rewatching. I love both of them but they're very different shows. The US one copying the UK one didn't work at all. When they did their own thing it became great.
