Sumit Nagal (born 16 August 1997) is an Indian professional tennis player. He has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 68 achieved on 15 July 2024. Nagal is currently the No. 1 ranked Indian player. [2] Since 2018, has been a member of India's national Davis Cup squad.

The 26-year-old Indian tennis player climbed five spots in the latest ATP rankings released on Monday, moving past former world No. 71 Sashi Menon to become the fourth highest-ranked Indian man since 1973.
