30 set 2024 · I delivered my sold item and courier has now lost it, order is now refunded how do I get my money back from EBAY as Yodel say EBAY as the retailer have to deal with it they can't help me directly.
23 set 2024 · I had the same last year - a message from the buyer asking if I could delay dispatch by 4 days, I agreed, bought an eBay label and then had a hell of a job getting my late delivery defect removed, took me about three eBay CS contacts before one of them agreed that the eBay message was sufficient proof that I was doing the buyer a favour and delayed dispatch was at the buyers request.

2 ott 2024 · I paid for a collection only item then sent the seller a message to ask about picking it up. They replied saying they have withdrawn it from sale and I should request a refund. 24 nov 2019 · Ebay wont have any other solutions other than Cancel which would leave you with a Defect and Fees to Pay if they failed to accept the Cancellation. Or open an Unpaid Item Case after 2 days close on day 5. Your Fees will be Refunded. The Non Paying Buyer will receive a Strike on their Account. Neither of you can leave Feedback.

1 nov 2016 · Several times over the four years I've been reading the boards I've seen suggestions that ebay is too big and should split itself into two or more parts. This is followed by replies saying its been tried before but with little or no info. apart from that it was seen as a failure and abandoned. Ebay Express is sometimes mentioned in passing.
