Rain-charm for the Duchy is a book of poems by Ted Hughes. The book contains poems written by Hughes during his tenure as Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom, from 1984. The poems in the book celebrate royal occasions. The book was first published by Faber and Faber in 1992.

Rain-Charm focuses more on storms and salmon than royal baptisms, more on the land of the Duchy than on the Royal Family itself. Its finished title was ‘Rain-Charm for the Duchy: A Blessed, Devout Drench for the Christening of His Royal Highness Prince Harry’.
This volume of poetry, first published in 1992, collected all of the Laureate poems Hughes had written since the start of his laureateship in 1984. This copy is one of seven presented by Hughes to Queen Elizabeth II and her family, it is inscribed by the author.
