ʿAbd Allāh al-Wāfī (in arabo عبد اللّه بن محمد بن إسماعيل ?; Salamiyya, 795 – Salamiyya, 828) è stato il nono Imam ismailita dall'813 all'828. Il suo laqab è al-Wāfī. I Nizariti e i Musta'liani tracciano il loro Imamato da lui e dai suoi discendenti, che fondarono nel X secolo l'Imamato fatimide.

Abd Allah ibn Muhammad (Ahmad al-Wafi), died 829, "hidden Imam", son of Muhammad ibn Isma'il according to Fatimid Isma'ili tradition.

Aḥmad al-Wafī (True name: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Muḥammad ibn Ismāʿīl (عبد اللّه بن محمد بن إسماعيل); born: 179 AH, died: 212 AH, 828 AD Salamiyya, Syria, Imam: 197-212 AH, 813-828 AD) is the eighth Ismaili Imam. He was surnamed "al-Wafi". As the Imam, he was the supreme spiritual leader of the Ismaili community from his appointment until his death.
AL-WĀFĪ is a well-known Arabic book on the commentary of forty hadīths compiled by the great jurist and hadīth scholar Imam Abū Zakariyyā Yahyā ibn Sharaf al-Nawawī, commonly known as al-Nawawī or Imam Nawawī (d. 676 ). The book is widely used in schools and religious classes.
