An OEM License is normally preinstalled on the machine at the factory. ESDs are provided by authorized resellers such as Microsoft itself or Amazon.com. Best,

31 mar 2015 · Extract esd-decrypter-wimlib-4.7z to a folder. Put the appropriate .ESD file you downloaded into that same folder. Right click decrypt file in the same folder and click Run as administrator. Select option 1. Hit Enter. Wait. When complete, burn to a blank DVD or create a bootable copy on a USB thumbdrive.

In reference to what Jmarco0921 , the C:\ESD\Windows\Sources\install.ESD file (I think) can be used for creating a bootable USB so I copied it elsewhere for now. I am migrating my Windows 10 to a new SSD and I think I can use USB memory to boot Windows to swap the drive letters.
