25 giu 2023 · 25 Jun 2023 03:24 PM. Good afternoon, Having read this forum I remain utterly frustrated that I am unable to view Discovery Plus on my Stream Pucks. I have followed the online guide provided by Sky and Discovery to the letter, my account is set up and activated and all I get is "Upgrade to Watch" whenever I try to view anything.
21 apr 2023 · 21 Apr 2023 03:03 PM. Have to keep signing in to discovery plus. Works ok when signed in but next time go to use it have to sign in again. Seen similar post to this but no answer was forthcoming. Report post.

30 gen 2024 · HP1 - Tried and tried to create a discovery plus account to link to the sky account. The instructions state a screen to confirm subscription appears - well it doesn't for me. Therefore I am unable to proceed with the next step to link and activate the discovery plus app.
29 gen 2024 · Re: Discovery plus sport in UHD 01 Feb 2024 11:51 AM Yeah, unfortunately it's one difference between Discovery+ and the old BT Sport app. BT Sport would always offer up the best quality available to you based on your subscription and equipment at the top of the front page, while with Discovery+ you have to look around a bit to find the 4K version.

We have tried everything we can but still get asked to 'upgrade your pass to watch'. We have updated our Sky box and Apps, Discovery + does not show in the shop in MySky, it is linked to our Sky account, the link to Discovery + says its linked ...
12 gen 2024 · Press Home on your Sky remote. Keep pressing down and select Settings. Select System Management, then Resets & updates and Factory reset. Select the option to conduct the factory reset and when the screen goes black, press 4 and 6 on your remote control for 3 seconds, so that it unpairs itself.

Rebooted/ shutdown everything including router and switches. Everything is ethernet cabled. Issue does not happen on any device accept Sky. Netflix, Disney plus fine on Sky.
