Unfortunately there isn't a way to download your invoice in the Management console. In order to receive the invoice, please contact our TeamViewer support team so that they will send it to you. Dear TeamViewer users, We would like to announce that as of November 2023, TeamViewer will no longer be supporting the macOS 10.15 (Catalina) operating system, given the fact that macOS 10.15 has not received security updates from Apple since July 2022. The end-of-support means that TeamViewer versions newer than (and including) version 15.48 will not be compatible with macOS 10.15 (Catalina).
TeamViewer came highly refcommended by several colleagues. I went to this website to download the software. Windows (teamviewer.com) I was presented with several options. Where do I go to download the software that I can leave running on the old laptop unattended for 2-3 weeks?
Hello @loutrevino and @QueenRab. TeamViewer is always free for personal use; to download TeamViewer, simply click the Full Client link on the following page:
Disable random passwords. The first and most important step to secure unattended access is to disable the random password within the TeamViewer settings. To disable the random password, click Settings (⚙) Advanced settings Security Random password (for spontaneous access) Choose Disabled (no random password) Click OK.
