30 ago 2024 · Airbnb is not the decider in this matter and if your documents or the Hosts are false a judge will decide. Maybe in your favor maybe in the Hosts Airbnb also is not familiar with tenancy laws in your country so they are aware but because of your actions actually Airbnb has to protect themselves in case you aren't legally right.
25 set 2020 · As Airbnb says on it’s website it’s really important that guests read information in the listing to make sure it’s a good fit before you book. Airbnb do not standardise or write descriptions for the many millions of properties listed through them. Nor does any other listing company. This is not a reasonable expectation.
25 gen 2024 · I have had a "needs attention" warning on one of my listings for almost a year. This was related to one guest who had a minor issue with his stay and gave a 1 for check in and 3 for overall. Otherwise this listing is a 5 star. I am concerned that this "needs attention" warning is preventing my listing from being pushed out by the Airbnb algorithm.
