3 mag 2022 · update: Go to Quantas 'manage my booking' page and use your BA reference number and passenger last name. You can enter the passenger details and save. It will then modify your details within the BA system and let you check in.

2 feb 2016 · How do I change my frequent flyer membership number in manage my booking? There are links to Change Advance Passenger Information and to Add Frequent Flyer number. The FF link shows the number, but only lets me submit the number shown, not change it. I want to change from my BA number to AA number. Alas, you cannot do it through BA.com.

18 set 2024 · During booking, at every step it showed business for all legs (club, bus, bus, bus, bus, club). The clubs are BA metal, business ones are AA (all are BA flight numbers). Prior to payment, didn't change. I paid. Show confirmation page, again 6 legs in business. Hi manage my booking, and lo... KOA-LAX is economy as is LAX-JFK.
21 nov 2017 · I had this problem on a recent booking. I managed to load the booking on the Qatar manage my booking screen, and select a special meal. Following that update, the booking then loaded fine on ba.com and the app. Not sure if the Qatar based update “fixed” it, it may have been coincidence!?! Might be worth a try?

19 lug 2015 · Clearly the 3+ unsuccessful attempts were not made by you, but they almost certainly were made by someone, at some point. My guess is your booking ended up reusing the record locator of some previous booking that had been blocked for this reason.
27 ago 2024 · I did add my BA Exec number to the Qatar booking and it looks like it's been assigned to it (according to the Qatar website booking page). If you made the booking through Qatar directly (as opposed to QR flights but booked through BA) it will not show up on your BA bookings list. Location: Juneau, Alaska.
