28 lug 2020 · ScarletIceRyu. •. In the epic games launcher, Go to settings, click Throttle Downloads set it to a big number like 100,000. I was getting 0.4 -1 MB's before doing that. Bumped up to 10 MB's after. Thats the only thing I changed. Play around with the number. 200,000 actually gave me worse speed.
5 set 2020 · So i closed the Epic Games Store in the Windows System Tray (the arrow next to the windows clock) and opened it again in administrator mode. Then, I started the download again and it did well (in my case around 10MB/s), but in some cases it can return to the 0.00B/s problem. If it occur you have to repeat the process, closing and opening again ...

After clicking resume, Epic will start verifying the game. Large games can take a while to complete. Step 5,6 is the most important step to trick the launcher to think that it's the same folder. 18 dic 2021 · The next time you open the game, it will prompt you asking to upload the new save to the cloud. There is no such thing. Epic Game Store is at early age of development, don't expect it to have all the features a mature platform like Steam has. U can use legendary to download cloudsaves.
9 apr 2021 · For anyone who wants to download maps from Steam and use them with Lethamyr's loader, install and set up the loader (link) before following these steps: Go to the Steam page of the workshop map you want. Copy the URL and paste it into https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/. Hit the green download button.
7. Now, reboot your pc. 8. Open Epic Games Launcher, and test if it helped (both for the launcher updates themselves, and for game downloads and updates). I've already had a couple other people tell me they had this slow download speed issue, and that this exact thing fixed it for them, so I hope it helps someone else out there equally frustrated.
4 dic 2023 · So on the Epic Games Launcher my download speed is around 600kb/s at best, but It should be way more, like on Steam where my download speed goes up to 50Mo/s. I've tried about anything I found on Internet but nothing changed: - Changing DNS. - Changing Engine.ini parameters.
12 gen 2022 · JesteR1701one. I tried that but it looks to me that there are 2 different cloud save files. One for each computer because when I start the game on one it only detects the cloud file that it created for that computer. I do use the same epic account on both computers so I have no idea why it’s doing it.
