Amazon Prime Video App no longer working on Xbox One. Within the last several days my Prime Video app stopped working. I've since uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However, since reinstalling (even if I wait several hours before clicking on the app to launch it) all it does is pop up the "Getting your app ready.

6 lug 2020 · Try checking your display settings to ensure all monitors have the same number such as 100% for the menu that says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". This should be configured on the person who's seeing black screen. Hope this helps.
