Our team is still troubleshooting the situation that's causing you to be unable to access LifePoints, unable to take surveys or redeem your points. We are working hard to resolve the glitches quickly.
20 giu 2020 · Two things to try. Open a ticket in the Help Center. Use the Rewards option as that does not require a survey number. Ask them to check the account and see why you are not receiving surveys. The other thing to try is to leave a message via their Facebook page. Thanks that helped. They had to reset my account.
18 mag 2022 · If you look at the reviews of LifePoints, the majority of them are one star or less. Looks like many have been kicked out of there. The responses you received are likely from a 'bot. Survey sites do not reward loyalty. It seems the longer you have been with a site, the more likely you will be culled from that site.

16 dic 2020 · All I can suggest is to keep trying. I have always gotten a response from support in 24 hours , often in a matter of hours. You can also leave a message via the message option on their Facebook page. It took another week and several more inquiries but they did refund my 2700 points.
2 ott 2021 · I just got one survey from them today, and I was not eligible for it. I need 273 points to cash out for $50 of Amazon. The most I've gotten this week was 8 points a few days ago. It is going to take me forever to cash out. I noticed that a few years ago I had an order and 97 points was deducted from my account.
22 nov 2019 · Member. 1.3k. Posted January 9, 2020. It is over a month now that I was locked out of LifePoints and I had to open a new account with a new email address. LifePoints transferred my points but I have gotten only ONE survey in over a month.
