I can find information for example for Finland (https://www.avis.fi/en/drive-avis/additional-cover) and Austria (https://www.avis.at/en/drive-avis/car-hire-services/additional-cover/super-cover#) but nothing for Italy. - its probably because in italy rental cars by law include some mandatory insurance so they would have different optional insurance tiers

Hertz offers 'Super Cover' directly, but RentalCover.com seems to offer better coverage by briefly reading through information. I have standing reservations for both Hertz and Avis now in Florence airport for trip in Oct, so that may be deciding factor.
