28 ago 2024 · Find out more. @Anonymous If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created. If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first.

19 feb 2024 · I have reset my password, and am able to login to through the web browser, but still unable to on the mobile app. i have uninstalled and re-installed with no change. I am using the same username that I use on the web browser.

22 lug 2022 · The only way I can log in to my sky account is to search SKY ID LOGIN & this gives me an older login page & it words. I've been on to SKY several times about this, reset my password several times, cleared caches on computers, deleted app several times. Tried on an iphone, macbook, desktop, used chrome, safari, explorer, still doesn't work.
