Sune Rose Wagner (born 24 July 1973, Sønderborg, Denmark) is a Danish songwriter, guitarist, and singer, best known for playing in the rock group The Raveonettes. In addition to his own bands, Wagner has produced, recorded, and mixed albums by acts such as Dum Dum Girls, Crocodiles, and Louise Burns.
The Raveonettes are a Danish indie rock duo, consisting of Sune Rose Wagner on guitar, instruments and vocals, and Sharin Foo on bass, guitar and vocals. Sune Rose Wagner (født 24. juli 1973) er en dansk musiker og sangskriver med bopæl i Los Angeles. Han blev født i Sønderborg i 1973 og dimitterede i 1992 som student fra Sønderborg Statsskole. Hans første band hed LSD, senere Western Front.
Singer Sune Rose Wagner traveled to Venice Beach to gather inspiration for a new album. He ended up going on three-day drug and alcohol bender due to depression he was suffering because of back injury. Songs on the album are inspired by observations of the people he met during this time.
