Valley Of The Dragons/Prehistoric Valley (1961) - This is the second film that I've seen recently where a rogue comet has displaced a group of Earth people. I'm not sure what the science involved would be, but I personally find it very hard to believe.
I say that with the privilege of a hundred and fifty years of scientific advancement of course. Plus I'm assuming Valley of the Dragons is an accurate representation of Verne's The Career of a Comet and wasn't profoundly corrupted by the exploitation hacks who made the film, and that's a big assumption too.
25 ago 2014 · This has also mandated that Valley of the Dragons be shot in black-and-white, which in 1961 made the film look even cheaper. The adventures once the group arrive on the comet are standard antics among cave-people dressed in tatty furs amid cheap-looking sets made to look like the interior of caves, as well as cuts away to the optically enlarged lizards and exploding volcanos.
