And Steven Bauer is underutilized. After a pretty brutal plot turn early on, it does at least end on a mostly satisfying note. For trashy exploitation, it's not very trashy or exploitative. It's a shame because they have all the b-movie actors and smarmy saxophone to pull off something that could have been hilarious.
