Hard Times is an all round good film and well worth the time. Review by Jesse ★★★½ A blue collar, depression era beat ‘em up that is a wicked combination of The Sting , The Hustler , with shades of Rocky all coming from first time director Walter Hill.
Any case Holy water AKA Hard times in the home country is great craic, some good laughs characters and decent plot. Akin to young defenders, not as funny as father Ted but at times comes close.
