Charles Cospatrick Archibald Douglas-Home, 13th Earl of Home, was a United Kingdom peer and banker. He was born on 29 December 1873 at the Hirsel, near Coldstream, Berwickshire, Scotland (United Kingdom). The Hirsel is a "Category A listed" stately home in the Scottish Borders.

The Countess of Home died in May 1877, aged 71. Lord Home died at the Hirsel, Berwickshire, in July 1881, aged 81, and was succeeded in the earldom by his eldest son, Charles.
