Theology curriculum at Bishop Kelly High School covers a broad range of instruction about the knowledge of God and religious truth. The focus of Bishop Kelly’s instructional theology program is to be found in what is called “didache” an awareness and experience of God’s love and redemption as revealed in scripture and tradition – the cognitive element.

The dedication of both teachers and students helps create a supportive environment where learning thrives, and the tight-knit Bishop Kelly community offers a sense of belonging and support.
5 set 2014 · For one, it’s good to have a human being as a mascot, rather than say, an animal. BK is not the only school in America with knights as mascots, several Catholic high-schools, some public schools, even the Central Florida University. “Knights” have religious elements, historical elements and a military element.

FUN FACTS: Bishop Kelly has 870+ students enrolled in grades 9-12 for the 2020-2021 school year. Approximately half of our student body comes to BK from one of our six Treasure Valley Catholic schools. The other half of our students come from a wide variety of places. Of course most attended public, private, and Charter schools in the area.
