Westminster Under School is a private preparatory school for boys aged 7 to 13 and is part of Westminster School in London. The school was founded in 1943 [1] [2] in the buildings of Westminster School in Little Dean’s Yard, just behind Westminster Abbey .
4 dic 2022 · Head Kate Jefferson says it’s ‘the happiest school I have ever worked in’ and notes that while the boys are competitive, they’re also very supportive of one another. Recently one boy impressed his peers by standing up in assembly and reciting pi to 250 decimal places.
The School has a programme of bursary support that provides approximately £1.7m each year to pupils at both the Under School and Great School. This allows pupils of exceptional talent and promise to benefit from a high-quality education regardless of their background or financial position.

Updated November 2023. In 2022, Westminster Under School made the significant aqcuisition of a new building, Chapter House, and was then granted permission by Westminster City Council to change the use of the building from offices into a school building.
Open Days. Open Days will take place on Saturday 20 May 2023 and Tuesday 3 October 2023 and is a chance to visit the School on a self-guided tour, with adults and boys on hand to give you a warm welcome.
