1 gen 2012 · I knew David Walliams’s work as a comedian/actor from the British TV series Little Britain, where he is very funny indeed. So when I saw he was also an author, I ordered his first book The Boy in the Dress, a book written for children. The protagonist is a 12 year old boy who does, eventually, wind up in a dress in public.

The boy misses his mum who left. In the book he started wearing a dress to school and as it went on, nearly all the boys and men in the book are wearing dresses. 15 January 2024
