Zhang Ziyi (章子怡; pinyin: Zhāng Zǐyí); lahir 9 Februari 1979) merupakan seorang aktris berkebangsaan Tiongkok yang memenangkan BAFTA dan Golden Globe. Dia berkarya dengan sutradara terkenal seperti Zhang Yimou, Ang Lee, Wong Kar-wai, Seijun Suzuki, dan Rob Marshall. Dia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1996 .
