Thomas Haden Church (born Thomas Richard McMillen; June 17, 1960) is an American actor, movie director and screenwriter. He first became known when co-starring in the 1990s sitcom Wings . He is best known for his movie appearances including as his Academy Award -nominated role in Sideways (2004) and his role as the Sandman in Spider-Man 3 (2007) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
