This is an odd one for me since I actually know the director and was asked to watch it. Though clumsy at times, and not without its technical faults, the simple, yet humorous tone of the the film actually works quite well. I dig the late 80s/early 90s look, and think the colorful cast of characters really bring a certain charm to it.
