In 1988 maakte Tilda Swinton een fietstocht rond de Berlijnse Muur, beginnend en eindigend bij de Brandenburger Tor, begeleid door filmmaakster Cynthia Beatt. Terwijl Swinton langs velden, historische buurten, meren en massieve betonnen flatgebouwen rijdt, vormt de Muur een constante aanwezigheid.
