Land of Dreams has a lot of ideas it’s exploring from the immigrant experience and the American dream to pervasive surveillance, but it all comes together a bit too enigmatically. Sheila Vand is rather captivating to watch, but the absurdist (at least I think it’s absurdist) plot left me struggling to connect with almost any of the story here.
