17 nov 2023 · When DeepSkyStacker 5.1.5 is installed it places TWO ICONS on your desktop. One for DeepSkyStacker, the other for DeepSkyStackerLive (different applications). Try opening DeepSkyStacker rather than DeepSkyStackerLive. Why would you struggle to uninstall - just go to the Control Panel/Programs and Features.

4 mar 2023 · Here are the main changes that were made for DeepSkyStacker 5.1.0: 1. The bulk of the code for the "Stacking" panel has been converted to Qt. This includes a completely reworked image display. 2. The image list can now be undocked from the bottom of the Stacking panel so that it operates as a separate window.
This version of DeepskyStacker is supported on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and completely supercedes DeepSkyStacker 3.3.2, 3.3.4 and 3.3.6. We now provide DeepSkyStacker and the other programs as both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) builds based upon the latest version of dcraw.
