There wasn’t much that I could recall about the 1973 musical remake of Lost Horizon. After watching it again, I realized that the trauma of seeing it the first time must have resulted in amnesia. The traditional Hollywood musical was on its last legs by the early 1970’s, specifically the period between 1970-73.
