The designer Philippe Venet has died at the age of 92, three years after he was the great love of his life Hubert Givenchy. His passion for fashion began at an early age, when he went to work in the Pierre Court atelier in Lyon, his hometown. At the end of the 1940s he traveled to Paris where he was hired at Elsa Schiaparelli’s workshop.
