The Stacy Jones Band was formed in 2003 and won the Best Band Award at the WA Blues Society in 2009 and frontwoman Stacy was voted Best Female Vocalist by the Washington Blues Society in 2014. The band earned these awards through their many catchy performances, for example in 2009 they played no fewer than 115 gigs in clubs and festivals.

Stacy Jones was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jones initially came into the spotlight as the drummer for the alternative rock band Letters to Cleo. He went on to work with Veruca Salt and form the band American Hi-Fi, whose self-titled release produced by Bob Rock in 2001, included the Billboard Top 50 hit "Flavor of the Weak."
