Mrs FitzGeorge died at 6 Queen Street, Mayfair, London, on 12 January 1890, and was buried at Kensal Green Cemetery, London, 16 January 1890, very near to another of the Prince's mistresses, Mrs Louisa Beauclerk, who had died in 1882, he having determined in 1849 that he would be buried near Mrs Beauclerk.

Colonel George William Adolphus FitzGeorge (24 August 1843 – 2 September 1907) was a great-grandson of King George III of the United Kingdom and first cousin to Queen Mary, being the eldest of the three sons of the 2nd Duke of Cambridge and Louisa Fairbrother (the other sons were Admiral Sir Adolphus FitzGeorge and Colonel Sir Augustus FitzGeorge). 21 ott 2021 · Lieutenant FitzGeorge was the second son of HRH Duke of Cambridge and an actress, and a great grandson of George III, and so was a second cousin to Alfred, who was the second son of Queen Victoria. FitzGeorge was not entitled to any royal prerogatives or titles. He became a rear admiral in the Royal Navy later.
But he was, in fact, George Edward Archibald Augustus FitzGeorge Hamilton, son and heir of Sir Archibald Hamilton and his first wife Olga Mary Adelaide FitzGeorge. Both these families came of royal blood: Olga's grandfather was the Duke of Cambridge, one of the sons of George III, and Sir Archibald was descended from James II.
