  7. Brockhurst and Marlston House Schools is an Independent school catering for 2 year olds to 13 year olds. It is set in the countryside just outside Hermitage. Nursery, reception and Year 1 and year 2 children are taught in small mixed sex classes. From year 3 to Year 8 they are taught in single sex classes.
