Michel Legrand ( Parijs, 24 februari 1932 - aldaar, 26 januari 2019) was een Frans film- en musical componist, dirigent, pianist, zanger en arrangeur. Zijn moeder was van Armeense afkomst. Hij was de zoon van de componist en orkestleider Raymond Legrand (1908-1974), die artiesten als Édith Piaf en Maurice Chevalier begeleidde.
