15 giu 2022 · Going into Sing Dance Act: Kabuki featuring Toma Ikuta, I knew very little about Kabuki, the hundreds-of-year-old art form of traditional Japanese theater.I knew about the beautiful and dramatic make-up and costuming, and that it was performed by all men, but I didn’t know that athleticism was just as important as creativity.
Toma Ikuta and Matsuya Onoe were classmates back in their high school and have been close friends. In their high school days, the two promised that they would stand on the same stage some day.
