Inspired by the musical and dramaturgical forms of French grand opera, the composer imbues the story with an intensity that contributes to the beauty of the score.

  7. 19 lug 2021 · Nel 2018 in occasione del 150° anniversario della prima rappresentazione l’Opéra Comique di Parigi ha deciso di rendere omaggio ad “Hamlet”, l’opera che insieme a “Mignon” rappresenta il maggior successo di Ambroise Thomas il compositore lorenese che nella seconda metà dell’Ottocento aveva saputo ricavarsi un proprio spazio sulla scena parigina.
