John Mayall OBE (født 29. november 1933 i Macclesfield, Cheshire, England og vokste opp i Cheadle Hulme i Stockport) er en engelsk bluesmusiker og multiinstrumentalist, hovedinstrumentet er gitar men han spiller også munnspill, piano, keyboard, fløyte, harpe, trommer og perkusjon. Hans musikalske karriere strekker seg i overkant av 60 år.
