André Armand Vingt-Trois, né le 7 novembre 1942 à Paris, est un cardinal français, archevêque de Tours (1999-2005), archevêque de Paris (2005-2017) puis archevêque émérite de Paris, créé cardinal le 24 novembre 2007 par le pape Benoît XVI.
André Armand Vingt-Trois (French: [ɑ̃dʁe aʁmɑ̃ vɛ̃ttʁwɑ]; born 7 November 1942) is a French cardinal of the Catholic Church. He served as Archbishop of Paris from 2005 to 2017, having previously served as Archbishop of Tours from 1999 to 2005. He was elevated to the cardinalate in 2007.
Le 7 décembre 2017, le cardinal André Vingt-Trois est nommé administrateur apostolique du diocèse de Paris jusqu’à la prise de possession canonique de Mgr Aupetit, le 6 janvier. Ordonné prêtre en 1969, il était archevêque de Paris depuis plus de 12 ans.

He was ordained a priest on 28 June 1969 and holds a doctorate in moral theology from the Catholic Institute in Paris.
