28 gen 2019 · One of the most important and largest manufacturers of Havanas at the end of the 19th century was Pedro Murias’ La Meridiana factory. The name of the no doubt proud owner was displayed in the lettering on the upper edge of the facade: La Meridiana Fabrica de Tabacos de Pedro Murias. Later, another name was to decorate the building.
Placetas is a ceety in the Villa Clara Province in the centre o Cuba; afore the chynge in the kintra's govrenment in 1959 the province wis cried Las Villas.
