We have a strong relationship with the City of London Corporation and the other City Schools, including the City of London School for Girls. Our wider community makes us powerful. ISI is formally approved by the Secretary of State for Education to inspect association independent schools in England. This approval is outlined in section 87A of the Children Act 1989 and section 106 of the Education and Skills Act 2008.
11 nov 2022 · At the 11+ level, about 70–75 girls are accepted to City of London School. Before starting school in September, there is a two-stage admission assessment that happens in November and January. Successful Stage 1 exam takers will also be invited to an interview. Late October of the year before admission is the registration cutoff.
