While watching this film, I suddenly turned into my 5-year-old self, discovering Chinese fantasy cinema for the first time. The story may be standard boilerplate (charmingly so), but the execution of it makes it stand out from the crowd -- complete with amazing puppetry, beautiful cinematography and set design, enjoyably modern touches and vibrant action scenes.
3 giu 2022 · Even though the film wasn’t a huge critical success, it was not bad at all. The film deals with Percy Jackson realizing his identity as a Demigod (half-human and half-god), child of his human mother and Poseidon, the God of the sea. He must find the stolen lightning of Zeus, a deed he is falsely accused of in order to avoid war among Gods.
Meine Begrüßung soll euch gleich auf das NiveauLevel von "DEMIGOD" herabsenken welches von "Artist Vodka Films" (nein habbich mir nicht ausgedacht- ich schwör) großzügig mit keinem Budget unbedacht wurde. Hier haben wir wieder das komplette Programm von Leihendarstellern die vorher in Cornflakes und HämorrhoidenCremeComercials zu sehen waren.
