Namen zoals Vinnie Jones en Christian Slater zijn hier o.a. debet aan. Dit neemt niet weg dat het onderwerp niet interessant genoeg kan zijn, om een spetterende film te maken.

Wirklich überraschend ist an diesem Film nichts, noch nicht mal der große Twist am Ende. Tatsächlich gestaltet sich Way of the Wicked als Potpourri üblicher Genre-Versatzstücke. Das könnte sich langweilig gestalten, aber funktioniert hier auf einer mediokeren Ebene. Das heißt, wirklich langatmig gestaltet sich der Film nie.
