Rachel Treweek, född Montgomery 4 februari 1963, är en brittisk anglikansk biskop och ledamot av det brittiska parlamentets överhus. Hon är den första kvinna som vigts till stiftsbiskop i Engelska kyrkan , och den första kvinna som tjänstgjort i parlamentets överhus som Lord Spiritual.

Rachel Treweek, was introduced to the press at Harnhill Manor Farm, near Cirencester in the heart of the diocese. The day before, the Church's second woman bishop had been announced.
