Jason and Midget are two young, black teenagers living in Newark,New Jersey, the unofficial car theft capital of the world. Their favourite pastime is that of everybody in their neighbourhood: stealing cars and joyriding. Born and raised in Newark. This "film" want even filmed in Jersey, let alone Newark (City Council wouldn't allow it.) Saw this piece of crap in '95 and it was nothing like how it was really done. Save your money for something else.
