There is no "happy ever after"-ask any partner or parent, or friend, but there IS an after, if it can be fought for, or endured. And endure this film you should, it's immaculate, and more challenging and far-reaching than many things made before it or since.

  5. Hate Crime ends with a message telling the viewer how many hate crimes happen a year, and then after that "Hate and Prejudice still exists today" comes up on screen. These make no sense to the film, if the film actually had a message to show why these things are wrong then I would understand why this message comes up, but it doesn't.
