Demons of the Mind is a 1972 British horror film, directed by Peter Sykes and starring Gillian Hills, Robert Hardy, Patrick Magee, Michael Hordern and Shane Briant. It was produced by Anglo-EMI, Frank Godwin Productions and Hammer Film Productions, and written by Christopher Wicking, based on a story by Frank Godwin.

A local peasant woman Magda (Deirdre Costello) is walking through the woods when she is attacked and strangled by an unseen assailant. From inside the house the Baron and his servant Klaus (Kenneth J. Warren) watch a bedraggled priest (Michael Hordern) walking out from the woods preaching to himself.
Synopsis. Baron Friedrich Zorn (Robert Hardy) calls Dr. Falkenberg (Patrick Magee), a radical psychologist whose theories have had him evicted from Vienna, to him, and asks Falkenberg to cure the madness he has genetically inflicted on his two children, Emil (Shane Briant) and Elizabeth (Gillian Hills), who have to be kept locked away.
