Bench Warrant (Out of Province) I recently found out I have a bench warrant in Alberta for missing a court date I was unaware of 6 years ago for driving without valid insurance. I found out about said warrant while driving back into BC from Seattle last year. They could not arrest me as it was a provincial only warrant and let me go.
